Mark J. Sullivan, Ph.D. Biography
Dr. Mark J. Sullivan is an organizational psychologist with over 25 years of experience in management, consulting, strategy, and business development across various sectors. He has held senior leadership roles in three Global 1000/Dow 30 companies, including founding a Corporate Business Accelerator at Honeywell International that grew into a $1 billion product portfolio. Dr. Sullivan has also served as an award-winning leadership professor at Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and authored the book “THRIVE: When Trouble Visits!” Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of the Performance Learning Academy, offering signature speaking engagements and executive coaching.
